Front desk person, Omar (?) Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel accommodated our request for a room with no recent pets due to our allergies. Going, the food prep/cook person was delightful and when I noted there were no blueberry muffins available, she found me some.

That the Hampton Inn quality is still well and and alive. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept and the ambience felt really good. We were there for only one night and left early in the morning, so it would be hard to comment on the rest of the facilities offered.

The breakfast was excellent & the kitchen person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was delicious & very good choices. We appreciated the fact that the heating/cooling unit was quiet. Did not wake you up when it came on.

staff was great pool was very clean and enjoyable, coffee all day and night breakfast was ok nice place to stay , we always stay at one of your Melbourne sites. our next trip will be on the beach and we always stay at your Santee SC hotel.

Breakfast as usual all five days was great, nice selection. Thank You. The woman in charge was very nice and friendly and a pleasure to talk with every morning. The serving area was always clean, it was a pleasure to eat there.
